Terms of Service

BizzDev.ai (the “Service”) is owned and marketed by Emp42 Consulting Ltd. (“Emp42”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Emp42 regarding your use of the Service.

BizzDev.ai is a software application designed to support sales and business development workflows, including sales playbooks, culture and tone guidance, lead research, outreach templates, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and activity monitoring features such as Pulse.

The Service is not a CRM and does not replace systems of record. It is intended as a working and execution layer that complements other tools you may use.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

BizzDev.ai may be offered in beta or pre-release form. During beta, access may be limited, features may change, and the Service may be unavailable at times.

Beta access is provided “as is” and primarily for evaluation and feedback purposes.

During beta, access may be free and may not require a credit card. After beta, paid plans may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to bypass safeguards, or violating third-party rights.

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service (“User Content”) and of outputs generated specifically for you based on that content.

By using the Service, you grant Emp42 a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence systems. Such outputs are provided as assistance, not as facts or professional advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any outputs generated by the Service.

Emp42 implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed through the Service.

Emp42 processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Hungarian data protection laws.

For account, billing, and marketing-related data, Emp42 acts as a data controller. For User Content processed on your behalf within the Service, Emp42 acts as a data processor, unless otherwise required by law.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to submit any personal data to the Service and to request its processing.

Details regarding lawful bases, data subject rights, retention periods, subprocessors, and international data transfers are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Emp42 or its licensors.

Emp42 may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Emp42 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Emp42 may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
